Creative Ways to Transform Challenges:

Creating a Sanctuary for Yourself

To release a negative past, release objects in your home that carry the energy of your past into your present life...

The Zulus will burn clothes that someone wore when going through a difficult time to release the emotional residue left on the clothes. ...If there are objects in your home that have bad memories associated with them or that were given to you by someone you don't feel good about, get rid of them! (Or if you can't bear to get rid of them, then cleanse them thoroughly.)

The objects in your home should be associated with good memories. Otherwise, negative associations will drag down the energy in your home. ...

A young woman called me who had been divorced the previous year. She was suffering a mild depression and wondered if maybe there was bad energy in the apartment she had moved into after her divorce. When I went to her apartment I noticed unusual emanations from a number of the objects in her home...Every item that had an unusual energy field was a purchase made during her difficult marriage....

My primary suggestion was that she remove all the objects that she had acquired during her short marriage. She didn't want to do that, so I suggested that she put them in storage for two weeks.... I called two weeks later to see how she was doing. She told me that the depression had lifted. She said she had realized that she was holding on to the past and that every time that she looked at the objects she and Ted had bought together she subconsciously felt like a failure. Removing the constant affirmation (in her mind) of her failure had opened the space for her to evaluate her relationship objectively....

Lesson in Forgiveness

Sometimes we think that we are over and done with things, things in or lives, heart, minds and souls. But suddenly when we come to one of lives little road block we realize that there is something still there that is keeping us from going forward, maybe a bit of unforgiveness. This can be toward someone, something or yourself. So I suggest that when you come up against a wall that you have done everything in your power to move that you then search your heart and see if in it lies some unforgiveness.

This is what I use:

Divine Spirit that dwells within me, I ask that you search my heart.I ask for forgiveness of myself for___________, I forgive ________________ for, if I have offended anyone knowing or unknown, please forgive. Help me to release all forgivness for ________________ any unknown or buried unforgivness I may have for_______________________. I know that I am one with the Spirit of God that dwells in my life and as I move through this life to my highest good I ask that you help me o release all past, present and future unforgiveness. At this moment I forgive and am forgiven.

So be it so it is.

Feel free to us this are any prayer of forgiveness so that you can begin to excel and live your best life ever.

Many Blessings,

Fran The Angel Lady

10 Steps to a Happier You

A Happier You
By Eckart Tolle

The greatest goal you can set this year is to make peace with your life, no matter your circumstances. These 10 powerful insights from Eckhart Tolle will get you started.

Don't seek happiness. If you seek it, you won't find it, because seeking is the antithesis of happiness. Happiness is ever elusive, but freedom from unhappiness is attainable now, by facing what is rather than making up stories about it.

The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it. Be aware of the thoughts you are thinking. Separate them from the situation, which is always neutral, which always is as it is. There is the situation or the fact, and here are my thoughts about it. Instead of making up stories, stay with the facts. For example, "I am ruined" is a story. It limits you and prevents you from taking effective action. "I have 50 cents left in my bank account" is a fact. Facing facts is always empowering.

See if you can catch the voice in your head, perhaps in the very moment it complains about something, and recognize it for what it is: the voice of the ego, no more than a thought. Whenever you notice that voice, you will also realize that you are not the voice, but the one who is aware of it. In fact, you are the awareness that is aware of the voice. In the background, there is the awareness. In the foreground, there is the voice, the thinker. In this way you are becoming free of the ego, free of the unobserved mind.

Wherever you look, there is plenty of circumstantial evidence for the reality of time—a rotting apple, your face in the bathroom mirror compared with your face in a photo taken 30 years ago—yet you never find any direct evidence, you never experience time itself. You only ever experience the present moment.

Why do anxiety, stress, or negativity arise? Because you turned away from the present moment. And why did you do that? You thought something else was more important. One small error, one misperception, creates a world of suffering.

People believe themselves to be dependent on what happens for their happiness. They don't realize that what happens is the most unstable thing in the universe. It changes constantly. They look upon the present moment as either marred by something that has happened and shouldn't have or as deficient because of something that has not happened but should have. And so they miss the deeper perfection that is inherent in life itself, a perfection that lies beyond what is happening or not happening. Accept the present moment and find the perfection that is untouched by time.

The more shared past there is in a relationship, the more present you need to be; otherwise, you will be forced to relive the past again and again.

Equating the physical body with "I," the body that is destined to grow old, wither, and die, always leads to suffering. To refrain from identifying with the body doesn't mean that you no longer care for it. If it is strong, beautiful, or vigorous, you can appreciate those attributes—while they last. You can also improve the body's condition through nutrition and exercise. If you don't equate the body with who you are, when beauty fades, vigor diminishes, or the body becomes incapacitated, this will not affect your sense of worth or identity in any way. In fact, as the body begins to weaken, the light of consciousness can shine more easily.

You do not become good by trying to be good, but by finding the goodness that is already within you and allowing that goodness to emerge.

If peace is really what you want, then you will choose peace.

God Working in my Life

I am sitting here reflecting about the turns and travels of the last 2 years of my life. God and the Angels have really done a work in me, not just in me but with me when I think about the things that I have been through in those 2 years it amazes me. I lost my job and began to work for God. I have travel to many wonderful places, I have met many wonderful people and my Angels have guided, educated, uplifted and encouraged 100s of people. As I sit here I am very humbled that I was chosen to do this work. I am happier than I have every been, I am more abundant than I have every been and I have some of the most wonderful friends.

All the things that I had to let go of has been replaced by things that God and the Angels have brought into my life, it is WONDERFUL. Thinking back I remember siting and thinking" One day I will be working for myself, one day I will be able to attend all Asia( my daughter who is 21) school events etc, one day I will be able to have what I want" Well her I sit in that day. If is somewhat frightening when you realize that all the things that you have thought are now things and you are living in them.

What I am trying to say is that God is able to do all you can imagine, think or dream even those things that you can't think. We live in a universe that is unlimited, there is no ceiling on the goodness of God( your source, universe, spirit) you just have to walk in your faith, trust God.. Try him he will not let you down.

Blessings,
