Keep your head up

The other day my son and his friend were in the car listening to Andy Grammar"s song " Gotta keep your head up." That song has been repeating over and over in my head and I have since been given the reason why. There are many times in our lives that we go through things that we feel are impossible to get over, we lose a loved one, we divorce, we lost a job. Some of us immediately go into " poor me mode" when what we really need to do is keep our heads up and look to the Source of the universe who supplies all things. In keeping your head up you have no time to look down at what is wrong, but look up and giving thanks for what is right. Before you know it life is better than you ever thought it could be. So as Andy says" You'll be fine, but you gotta keep your head up, yeah, yeah and you can let your hair down.."

Why are you holding on?

I receive emails everyday from people who want to know " Why it has not happen yet?" We all have these ideals of how, when, where and who. Not realizing that alot of the time by no releasing it we are blocking it. There is nothing wrong with knowing what you want ans why you want it. There is nothing wrong  with the vision board, the mediation,the asking. Where the problem starts is when you try to control the out come.
How many times have YOU wanted something SO badly, but no matter how much you visualized, hoped, prayed, and manifested it just didn’t come to fruition? So eventually you threw your hands up in the air and decided to just give up…. Then as if by magic, once you’ve moved on, the dream you let go of came into your life—you got the new job or promotion, met the “one,” or found the new home. We have no control over how things will happen in our lives, the only thing that we can control is the letting it go. As soon as you release it, God can began to work on it, assign it to the Angels and get things moving. I know easier said than done.

Releasing you desires to the Universe is the most powerful thing that you can do, sometimes to be powerful means to do nothing. It is easy to go full force at things but to sit and wait, well that takes discipline, so just how discipline are you?

For the next couple of days instead of asking just give thanks, every time you think of something that you want or have already ask for give thanks for that.

Chill out, know that one hour to you is zillions of years to spirit. Take some deep breaths and wait with expectancy.

Love the way it is suppose to be

Some days are always better than others, I mean there are days when you get up and everything flows wonderfully. Then there are those days when you get up and it is a constant struggle. I know those days all so well. Those are the days when I cling to the one that loves me the most , the one that no matter what offers his arms to me and says "I am here", no matter what you have done, "I forgive you" and no matter where you go "I will go with you". The one who says "I love you" and means it, the one that loves you so true that if you were never loved by another it would be ok. You know who that is? You know who loves you like that? the one that is ALWAYS there when you call, that one that loves you so much that if you were the only one in the world he still would have sent his only begotten son to die for you, yeah that one, God our Father. experience true love, the way it is suppose to be.

Knowing that God will Show up.

I get a lot of emails from people who want to know how can they tell when God, spirit shows up. You know there are alot of things going on in the spirit world, there are a lot of people with a lot of different spiritual gifts, as we all have them. But I will tell you this God( spirit, universe, etc) does not come with bells and whistles! Spirit is very intelligent, it is non invasive, it will not barge in, spirit does not degrade or embarrass. Spirit is loving, kind and gentle. I say all that to say this, if someone or something comes in the form of spirit and it is a show stopper, it is probably 99% not spirit.

Always ask, before you accept. "Do you come in the white light?" if they don't they cant stay. Try the spirit but the spirit.
